Harvia 6kW Stove
The Hanko uses a Harvia 6KW traditional sauna stove with built-in controls, using stones and water to produce steam. The 6kW output is matched to this room volume, reaching temperature efficiently. The 170–185°F operating range is higher than infrared cabins, which run 118–140°F.

The interior is Canadian Red Cedar, with a natural reforested Canadian Hemlock exterior in a clear stain and a clear tempered glass door. The bench measures 60.5″W × 17.9″D × 18.1″H. Absolutely Exceptional Sauna & Purchasing Experience
We are beyond thrilled with our Golden Designs Hanko Edition 2–3 Person Sauna. The design is *stunning*—modern, elegant, and truly elevates the space. The features make it feel like a luxury spa at home: the built-in Bluetooth speakers, red light therapy, and color-changing lights are all incredible touches that enhance the entire experience.
Assembly was surprisingly easy, and one of the biggest selling points is that it truly comes with **everything**—heater, rocks, all components included. No hidden extras, no scrambling to buy add-ons. It’s clear this sauna was thoughtfully designed from both an aesthetic and functional standpoint.
Just as important as the product itself was the outstanding purchasing experience through Norse Steam, specifically working with Maya. From the very beginning, Maya answered every question promptly and thoroughly, and I genuinely felt like I was given a luxe, white-glove, 5-star experience throughout the entire process—from initial questions all the way through ordering.
When the delivery driver accidentally damaged the front glass panel with a forklift, Maya immediately stepped in and handled everything seamlessly. She arranged for the replacement part to be re-delivered right away, completely hassle-free, and even continued to check in to make sure the delivery arrived and everything went smoothly. Her care, responsiveness, and follow-through were exceptional.
Maya was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I cannot recommend her—or Norse Steam—highly enough. If you’re considering purchasing a sauna, do yourself a favor and go through Norse Steam. This was hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.

-Cancellation and Return Policy
Buyer may cancel and return the goods to Manufacturer, subject to the terms and conditions oft his policy. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.
Golden Designs reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Manufacture a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Manufactures discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage
All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.
-Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fee
All cancelled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each sauna; c) all shipping costs to and from the Manufacture, and; d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA)number provided by Norse Steam. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Manufacture not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Manufacturer shall be paid by Buyer to Norse Steam upon demand by Norse Steam

We do not charge sales tax within the United States, except for orders shipped to Wyoming. Orders shipped to California for certain brands include a Supplier Tax Recovery charge equal to the California sales tax our supplier is required to collect on the shipment; it is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

We’re happy to ship outside the United States. However, all taxes, duties, use tax, VAT, customs fees, and any cross-border charges are the customer’s responsibility.
