Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

You can return your sauna within thirty days for any reason. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products, except for Dundalk Leisurecraft items, which are final sale. If you are not satisfied with your sauna, heater, or any other product, simply contact us, and we will initiate the return process at no cost to you. However, you are responsible for disassembling and repacking the sauna. Once it’s packed, we will arrange for the freight company to pick it up.

Please note that we cannot accept returns after thirty days, even if the item remains unopened for six months.

Refund Policy

Our goal is to make returns and refunds hassle-free. You have a generous 30 days to return your item if you’re not satisfied for any reason. Simply email us at support@norsesteam.com with your order number to start the process. Here are some important details:

  • You’ll receive a refund, excluding shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.
  • Orders canceled or refused after shipping may incur restocking and shipping fees.
  • Ensure accurate shipping information to avoid fees for failed deliveries.
  • Only unused products in original packaging can be returned.
  • Unshipped products follow our cancellation policy.

Ineligible Returns:

  • Clearance or inventory sale items.
  • Used, modified, or damaged products that are no longer resalable.

 

Dundalk Leisurecraft – All Sales Are Final


To clarify, all Dundalk Leisurecraft sauna purchases are final. Unfortunately at this moment, we cannot accept returns or refunds do to the manufacture policy.   

 

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after our suppliers inspect and restock the product. It takes 3-7 business days to appear on your statement. Restocking fees are non-refundable.

 

Return Policy

Unused, uninstalled, and resellable products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Email support@norsesteam.com for a return authorization. Details:

  • Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • A 25% restocking fee covers original shipping and handling costs.
  • Refunds are issued once items are confirmed in new condition.

 

Cancellation Policy

Agreement

By purchasing from Norse Steam, you acknowledge:

  • Inspect the package upon delivery and report damage within 24 hours.
  • You’re responsible for return shipping and associated fees.
  • Products must be unopened and unused, with potential restocking fees.
  • No full refunds for orders already shipped.

 

Warranty

Our products come with the original manufacturer’s warranty. Request a copy upon need. Warranty claims are filed with the manufacturer.

 

Chargebacks

It is recommended that you contact us before filing a chargeback to resolve any issues. Chargebacks resulting from fraudulent activity will be treated as theft.
