Returns & Refunds

 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you’re happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email support@norsesteam.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Returns must be approved before shipping
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive your item. You will be notified by email once your return is completed.

  • A 2.9% processing fee may be deducted from refunds (payment processor fee)
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns

Backordered Items

Backordered items are those not currently in stock where you have agreed to wait for fulfillment.

  • Cancellations of backordered items are subject to a 2.9% fee (payment processing costs)
  • All lead times are estimates and subject to change

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Damaged or defective items: Please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund
  • Sale items: Final sale and not eligible for return
  • Custom or made-to-order products: Final sale and not eligible for cancellation or refund

Custom and made-to-order items (including pre-fabricated kits requiring approval) are built specifically for your order and enter production shortly after purchase. These items are covered under warranty to ensure proper functionality.
