You can achieve up to 170 degrees of heat with the infrared heater. Alternatively, the traditional heater can reach temperatures of up to 190 degrees inside this sauna.

You can use red light therapy or short-wave low EMF infrared heat, or you can use a traditional heater with stones for added heat and steam. You’ll find 130 cubic feet of interior room, giving you enough space for a 4 person hybrid sauna.

The FD-5 two-tier bench setup gives everyone plenty of room to relax on the inside, while the Western Canadian Cedar interior provides a comfortable surface that naturally resists mold and bacteria.
