Under one shingled roof you get a covered porch, a full dressing room, and an 8 person sauna hall, in a backyard sauna building that runs 12.6 feet front to back (91″W × 151.6″D × 93″H). If the smaller Cube-Series rooms are backyard saunas, the CL12G is a backyard bathhouse: the kind of setup that turns the sauna experience from a solo habit into the way your household entertains.

Three Rooms, One Building

The layout works front to back. A porch with bench seating gives you a covered place to cool down between rounds. Through the lockable exterior glass door is the changing room — 87.5″ wide and 43.9″ deep with its own bench — where towels, robes, and winter boots live so the sauna room itself stays clean and dry. Then the sauna hall: 87.5″W × 78.6″D × 85.5″H with contoured two-tier Thermo-Aspen benches running the full width, a rear picture window, and space for up to eight bathers. That over-seven-foot ceiling produces proper heat stratification — scorching top bench, gentle lower bench — so mixed groups all find their temperature.

The CL12G is built from the same organically thermally enhanced Thermo-Spruce wood as the rest of the Cube-Series, here in thick 1.7-inch full-length staves running up to 12.5 feet — no splices, which is what keeps a building this size dimensionally stable through freeze-thaw cycles. Overhead is a shingled roof with drip rails; the doors are tempered bronze glass with a lockable metal-handled exterior door for security, and the benches are clear 1.75-inch Thermo-Aspen. Designed by SaunaLife, handcrafted in Northern Europe, product weight 3,100 lbs.

Heating the Sauna Hall

The sauna heater serves only the sauna room (the dressing room stays ambient), but that room is still large: plan on a 10.5 kW-class electric sauna heater on a dedicated 240V circuit installed by a licensed electrician. We bundle heater, controls, and stones with CL12G orders — for a room this size the heater choice genuinely shapes the sauna experience, so talk to us before you pick one.

Delivery Is Different for This One — Read Before Ordering

Unlike the smaller cube sauna kits, the CL12G ships by flat-bed truck: $1,990 flat-rate to the contiguous U.S. or $2,490 to Canada, with the customer responsible for off-loading by forklift or crane. The crate is 155″ long and 3,450 lbs — this is a scheduled, planned delivery, not a curbside drop. Heater systems and accessories arrive palletized separately. Before shipping we’ll walk through your site access, equipment, and pad so delivery day is boring, which is exactly what you want. Site prep: a level, load-bearing pad of roughly 8 × 13 feet plus working clearance.
