Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
You can return your sauna within thirty days for any reason. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products, except for Dundalk Leisurecraft items, which are final sale ( For Golden Designs, please see their policy below). If you are not satisfied with your sauna, heater, or any other product, simply contact us, and we will initiate the return process. However, you are responsible for disassembling and repacking the sauna. Once it’s packed, we will arrange for the freight company to pick it up.
Please note that we cannot accept returns after thirty days, even if the item remains unopened for six months.
Refund Policy
Our goal is to make returns and refunds hassle-free. You have a generous 30 days to return your item if you’re not satisfied for any reason. Simply email us at support@norsesteam.com with your order number to start the process. Here are some important details:
- You’ll receive a refund, excluding shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.
- Orders canceled or refused after shipping may incur restocking and shipping fees.
- Ensure accurate shipping information to avoid fees for failed deliveries.
- Only unused products in original packaging can be returned.
- Unshipped products follow our cancellation policy.
Ineligible Returns:
- Clearance or inventory sale items.
- Used, modified, or damaged products that are no longer resalable.
Golden Design
-Cancellation and Return Policy
Buyer may cancel and return the goods to Manufacture, subject to the terms and conditions oft his policy. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.
Golden Designs reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Manufacture a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Manufactures discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage
All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of anypayment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates theterms andconditions of this policy.
-Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fee
All cancelled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each sauna; c) all shipping costs to and from the Manufacture, and; d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA)number provided by Norse Steam. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Manufacture not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Manufacturer shall be paid by Buyer to Norse Steam upon demand by Norse Steam

Additional Shipping Charges
- Change of address charge:
- Same city and freight terminal ($85.00)
- Different city and different freight terminal ($150.00 and up)
- Redelivery charge:
- $95.00 for 2nd attempt
- $150.00 for 3rd attempt
- Storage charge
- $125.00 per day, after the 3rd day at the destination terminal.
Dundalk Leisurecraft – All Sales Are Final
To clarify, all Dundalk Leisurecraft sauna purchases are final. Unfortunately at this moment, we cannot accept returns or refunds do to the manufacture policy.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after our suppliers inspect and restock the product. It takes 3-7 business days to appear on your statement. Restocking fees are non-refundable.
Return Policy
Unused, uninstalled, and resellable products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Email support@norsesteam.com for a return authorization. Details:
- Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
- A 25% restocking fee covers original shipping and handling costs.
- Refunds are issued once items are confirmed in new condition.
Cancellation Policy

Agreement
By purchasing from Norse Steam, you acknowledge:
- Inspect the package upon delivery and report damage within 24 hours.
- You’re responsible for return shipping and associated fees.
- Products must be unopened and unused, with potential restocking fees.
- No full refunds for orders already shipped.
Warranty
Our products come with the original manufacturer’s warranty. Request a copy upon need. Warranty claims are filed with the manufacturer.
Chargebacks
It is recommended that you contact us before filing a chargeback to resolve any issues. Chargebacks resulting from fraudulent activity will be treated as theft.
