This Elite version has seven carbon heating panels rated for ultra low EMF, meaning electromagnetic fields. The panels sit along the back and side walls and beneath the bench, warming your body directly with infrared heat. Its footprint is 39 by 36 inches, so you can check the space you have in mind before ordering. The Canadian hemlock cabin has a honey dark stain and a clear tempered glass door with a side window. The sauna plugs into a regular outlet, and you adjust it from the control panel inside. The wall, ceiling, and bench sections arrive already built and clip together at your home. Prefer the standard low EMF version? See the [Golden Designs Dynamic Veneto infrared sauna](https://norsesteam.com/product/dynamic-veneto-1-2-person-low-emf-far-infrared-sauna-dyn-6115-05/). Since 2008, they’ve grown to be North America’s largest supplier of infrared saunas and a top manufacturer of high-quality, full-spectrum models. Each sauna is crafted from premium materials like Western Canadian Red Cedar, Pacific Premium Cedar, and Natural Canadian Hemlock. To enhance the experience, their saunas include thoughtful features such as Bluetooth stereo systems, chromotherapy lighting, and Himalayan salt bars, making every session therapeutic and enjoyable. ### Low EMF Infrared Saunas: Deep Detoxification and Safe Heating Far-infrared (FIR) is the longest infrared wavelength on the light spectrum, ranging from 3000 nm to 0.1 mm. This wavelength penetrates deeply beneath the skin, warming the body from the inside out. As a powerful detoxifying agent, FIR encourages fat-based sweating, where many toxins are stored, making it especially effective for cellular-level cleansing. #### Optimal Temperature Range These saunas are designed to operate within an ideal temperature range of 118°F to 132°F, with the ability to reach up to 140°F for users seeking higher heat. #### Low EMF Standards Our Low EMF Infrared Saunas maintain EMF levels between 6-10 milligauss (MG), measured 6 to 8 inches from the heating panels, offering a safe environment for regular infrared therapy sessions. Together, these wavelengths support detoxification, improve circulation, reduce blood pressure, and encourage a healthier lifestyle through full-spectrum infrared therapy.
