## Description

### Bathology ScaleOut 430: a water softener that cleans itself based on water use

The Bathology ScaleOut 430 is a commercial water conditioning system, or water softener, for a steam boiler or generator. It counts the small, irregular water draws ordinary softeners miss. It cleans itself based on water used, rather than a timer, wasting little water or additive. Club steam rooms run all day, boiling much more water than home units, so scale builds faster. The system reduces scale, helping limit downtime and extend heating element life.

The single tank is about 12.5 inches wide, 22.5 inches deep, and 44.5 inches tall. It plugs into a 115 volt outlet and needs a nearby drain. You get the tank, its top mounted metering head, 40 pounds of additive, and a manual. Freight delivery brings the heavy pallet to the curb by appointment. Your staff moves it inside. Shopping for a house? See the [Bathology Pure 420 wall mounted home steam shower system](https://norsesteam.com/product/bathology-pure-420-steam-bath-generator-water-conditioning-system/). The Bathology ScaleOut 430 ships free from Norse Steam with No Sales Tax (except WY) and our 100% price match guarantee.
