Ceilings over 10 ft make steam hard to control — we’ll size for it, but consider a design consult first.

What are the walls and ceiling made of?

Dense materials soak up heat, so they need a stronger generator. Pick the main material.

How much glass does the enclosure have?

Glass sheds heat faster than walls do.

Do any walls face the outdoors?

Exterior walls (or walls against unheated space) pull heat out of the room.

What kind of seating is inside?

Built-in masonry benches add surface area that must be heated too.
